PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Click on the city in the map to view the products which are normally available at those delivery locations. The increasingly large orders placed by modern ships and the very nature of the marine business make it impossible, however, to guarantee availability at all times, though you can rest assured that Albina Fuel will make every effort to satisfy your product requirements.

Also, should any very special requirement arise, the Albina Fuel product line is backed a wide range of lubricants and related specialties marketed world-wide to satisfy modern industrial and automotive needs.

PRODUCTS PUMPED FROM DRUMS
As a customer service, Albina Fuel is able to arrange to have products pumped from drums (PFD) at many ports when drum deliveries are made. Advance notice time may be the same or marginally greater than that required for drum deliveries. Exceptions regarding this service are noted by port.

BULK AND DRUM DELIVERIES
At many ports, bulk deliveries can be made either by barge or by tank truck. This service is normally available only for main engine oils and usually conditional upon a minimum quantity. Bulk deliveries are subject to and restricted by a number of conditions including the location of the ship within the port; local safety, access and customs regulations; vessel time in port; and availability of equipment due to prior commitment. Ports where bulk service is available are shown on the individual port pages together with available information on restrictions, where applicable.

ORDERING PROCEDURE

Currently Albina Fuel is only accepting marine products orders by phone at 1-800-877-0772. This is to insure proper advanced notice. If you would like to place an order please contact us. Orders for Albina Fuel marine lubricants should be placed by owners or operators, either directly or through their agents with Albina Fuel. Orders should include the following information:

  1. Vessel Name
  2. Full name of owner
  3. Delivery port
  4. Delivery date or date range
  5. Requirements which list by grade quantity and whether delivery is preferred in bulk, drum or pail. If delivery is at a non-bulk port where product can be pumped from drums and this service is desired, this preference should also be indicated when placing the order.
  6. Name and telephone/telex/fax number of the local agent at the delivery port.
  7. Name and telephone/telex/fax number of person placing the order.

ADVANCED NOTICE

Minimum advance notice requirements between order receipt and delivery date are expressed in working days normally needed to provide indicated products or service. Intervening weekends and public holidays, either local or national, should be added. For example, at a port requiring one working day notice, an order for delivery on Thursday should be placed on Tuesday. At the same port, an order for Monday delivery should be placed by Thursday. Whenever possible, more advance notice than the minimum indicated would be appreciated, and would facilitate the delivery.
